MOTT HAVEN, The Bronx (WABC) — It was a scary scene on the Grand Concourse in the Bronx.

The back end of a truck fell into a sinkhole in Mott Haven just before 7 p.m. Sunday.

Traffic was shut down completely in one direction.

The road collapsed because of a water main break.

A city crew made repairs and restored water service to the area.
